Activate Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription

You can view the information required to start using an Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription on the Activation tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details):

• User manual — the subscription activation instruction. The instruction is also sent after purchase.
• Acronis Portal — the Acronis portal URL. A link to the Acronis portal is also displayed on the subscription card and the Managing tab.
• Admin Login — the email of the customer's admin on the Acronis side.
• Tenant ID — the ID of a tenant on the Acronis side used to store all subscriptions of one account in ActivePlatform.
