Manage Microsoft Perpetual Software subscription

Managing a Microsoft Perpetual Software subscription in the platform is not required:

• Prolongation and renewal are not used since a subscription is endless and paid by one payment.
• Stopping, activating, and deleting a subscription, as well as changing the quantity of resources, are not supported.

Subscription statuses are daily synchronized with Microsoft. As a result of this synchronization, a subscription in the platform may be stopped, activated or deleted to match its current status on the Microsoft side. Subscriptions transferred to another Microsoft partner are also deleted as a result of synchronization.
