Add taxes

The Add taxes method is no longer used. Instead, the taxation module and created taxes are used to calculate taxes for charges within the Prepay and Postpay models (see Taxes calculation settings and Managing taxes). Information about taxes in a charge can be received using several API methods (see Charges).
