Short and full registration

ActivePlatform supports two types of customer’s registration:

• Short Registration is used for getting access to trial Services. It’s possible to use simple registration with an email address, login, and password only. However, Customers must complete full registration to be able to order paid Services and top-up the Account balance (see Short registration).
• Full Registration is required for ordering paid Services. In this case, a Customer should provide full contact information. After a full registration, Customers can perform all types of operations (see Full registration).
