Resetting the password to the Customer Control Panel
To reset your password for the Customer Control Panel:
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address in the Reset password form.
- Click Send instructions. You will receive an email with instructions how to reset your password.
- Check your email. If you didn't receive the email, check the spam folder and make sure that you typed your email address correctly.
In the Provide the password form enter a new password in the New password and Confirm your new password fields. The password requirements are displayed in the Password requirements tip. The password cannot contain spaces. When a requirement is satisfied, the corresponding item is highlighted.
Do not use the password from the example in the tip. Instead, click Generate to create the password automatically.
- Click Save my password.
After successful authentication to the Customer Control Panel, you can change the password in the user settings (see Changing User password).
