Resetting the password to the Customer Control Panel

To reset your password for the Customer Control Panel:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot your password?



  3. Enter your email address in the Reset password form.



  4. Click Send instructions. You will receive an email with instructions how to reset your password.
  5. Check your email. If you didn't receive the email, check the spam folder and make sure that you typed your email address correctly.
  6. In the Provide the password form enter a new password in the New password and Confirm your new password fields. The password requirements are displayed in the Password requirements tip. The password cannot contain spaces. When a requirement is satisfied, the corresponding item is highlighted.

    Do not use the password from the example in the tip. Instead, click Generate to create the password automatically.



  7. Click Save my password.

After successful authentication to the Customer Control Panel, you can change the password in the user settings (see Changing User password).
