Warning about the possible Credit hold

If an Account has a negative balance but is not moved to the credit hold (the Account balance is greater than the Financial blocking threshold during the allowed period), a warning icon  is displayed on the Top panel next to the Account balance.

After clicking the icon , a pop-up tip is displayed with information about topping up the balance and the Top up balance link.

After clicking the Top up balance link, the Top Up Balance page is displayed (see Balance topping up). The prefilled amount for a Payment equals the debt on the Account balance.
