Credit hold of the Account

The credit hold is used to automatically block an Account to a debt on the Account balance in the following cases:

  • The Account balance becomes less than the Financial blocking threshold.
  • The Account balance remains negative within the Financial blocking threshold longer than allowed.

Only prepaid Subscriptions are reflected on the Account balance. Postpaid Subscriptions do not depend on the Account balance (see Specifics of managing postpaid Subscriptions) and are not affected by the credit hold.

Users of an Account in the Credit hold status can access the Customer Control Panel. However, the statuses of some Subscriptions of an Account are changed, and some operations with Subscriptions become not available.
