Viewing the Notification History

To view the Notification History:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Click the Profile button  on the Top Toolbar.
  3. Click the Notification history link in the Account Menu. The Workspace displays the list of Notifications that have been received by current User.

     


The Notification History page consists of the following elements:

  • The Search field that allows to find required notification.
  • The Mark all as read button that marks all received notification as read.
  • The List of Notification that includes the following columns:
    • ID —  a unique identification number of the notification;
    • Subject — a subject of the notification. Click Subject to read the text of the notification;
    • Created at — a date and time when the notification was created.
