Introduction
ActivePlatform is a software platform that automates the cloud services selling process. ActivePlatform allows organizing simple and effective customer service.
This guide describes the basics of working with the Customer Control Panel, which is a part of ActivePlatform. Managing the integrated services with the Customer Control Panel is described in another guide — see Services. User documentation.

The primary audience of this guide is customers who are working with cloud services via the Customer Control Panel.
Documentation conventions

The appearance of the UI elements may differ according to your browser, its version, and the screen resolution. For smartphones and tablets, the mobile version of the Customer Control Panel is available.
