Introduction
ActivePlatform is a software platform that automates the cloud services selling process. ActivePlatform allows organizing simple and effective customer service.
This guide describes the basics of working with the Customer Control Panel, which is a part of ActivePlatform. Managing the integrated services with the Customer Control Panel is described in another guide — see Services. User documentation.

Documentation conventions
