Charges refund

Charges with the Refunded and the Waiting for a refund statuses are generated only for a Recurring fee for the additional Resources.

Following operations cause Charges refund:

Creation of an Order for Resources amount reducing (see Upgrading or Downgrading a Subscription);
Subscription Plan switching in the case when the old Plan had additionally ordered Resources (see Switching a Plan).
