Resending an Invoice
To manually send an Invoice to customer's email:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- Click Operations > Finance > Invoices on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Invoices (see Viewing the List of Invoices).
- Click the ID or Invoice Number link. You see the invoice details page.
- Click the Resend Invoice button on the Toolbar.
- Enter the required email in the Email field in the Resend Invoice page.
- Click Resend Invoice. The invoice will be sent.
