Setting the Expiration Date of a Subscription
The Expiration Date defines when a Subscription expires. If the Expiration Date came, the system will generate events according to the Subscription settings.
This way of setting the Expiration Date is used for service operations which are performed manually. The Expiration Date must be set in the Plan (see Creating a Plan).
Setting the Expiration Date is possible only for the Subscriptions for the Plans created by Reseller (Operator). For the Subscriptions for the delegated Plans setting the Expiration Date cannot be performed.
To set an Expiration Date for the Subscription:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- Click Operations > Operations > Subscriptions on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Subscriptions.
- Click the ID or Name link of the subscription.
- On the Toolbar of the General tab click the Set Expiration Date button.
- In the Expiration date field set the date when the subscription should expire.
- You can type a comment in the Comment field.
- Click Set Expiration Date.
