Managing Subscriptions
A Subscription is an agreement between Reseller (Provider) and Customer. The Subscription keeps information about a Plan, personal and billing contacts, technical and service provisioning terms. The Subscription is associated with an Account. Existing Subscriptions can be changed.
Before you start managing Subscription all required Plans (see Managing Plans) and Plan Classes (see Managing Plan Classes) must be configured, and all required Services (see Application Templates) must be created.
