Activating a Plan

Complete the following steps to activate a Plan:

1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
2. Click Operations > Products > Plans on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Plans (see Viewing the List of Plans).
3. Click the ID or Name link for the Plan.
4. On the General tab click Activate button.
5. Click Confirm in the pop-up window. The Plan is activated and available for ordering in the Customer Control Panel. Activated Plans have the Active status. If the Plan was delegated to the downline Reseller then the delegated Plan also gets the Active status.
