Deactivating a Plan
Complete the following steps to deactivate a Plan:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- Click Operations > Products > Plans on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Plans (see Viewing the List of Plans).
- Click the ID or Name link for the Plan.
- On the General tab, click Deactivate button.
- Click Confirm in the pop-up window. The Plan is deactivated and gets the Inactive status. Inactive Plans are not available for ordering. If the Plan was delegated to the downline Reseller then the delegated Plan gets the Deactivated by provider status.
