Viewing the List of Plans

To view the list of Plans:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of Plans is displayed.




The list of Plans contains the following columns:

    • ID — unique identification number of the Plan.
    • Name — name of the Plan.
    • SKU (Offer ID) — the Plan SKU value (see Plan Information).
    • Currency — code of the Plan currency (see Currencies). By default, the column is hidden.
    • Delegated —  indication whether the Plan was delegated by upstream Reseller (see Managing Resellers).
    • Billing type Billing type of the Plan (see Plan Information).
    • Plan category — name of the Plan Category (see Managing Plan Categories).
    • Product — link to the Plan Product (see Managing a Product).
    • Count — number of Subscriptions to the Plan.
    • Singleton — indication whether it is possible for an Account to have several active Subscriptions to the Plan
    • Public —  indication whether the Plan is available for sale.
    • Status — the Plan status:
      • active — the Plan is available for customers.
      • inactive — the Plan is not available for customers.
      • deactivated by provider — the Plan was deactivated by the upstream Reseller.
