Notifications Log
Notification Log is a log of Notifications (see Notification Configuration) sent to Users and Managers about certain Events in ActivePlatform.
After an Event emerges, an Event Handler (see Managing Event Handlers) triggers for this Event. The Event Handler creates a Notification using a Template (see Managing Notification Templates) and send it to the certain recipients.
To view the Notification Log:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar, go to Notifications Log (see Navigation).
The Notification Log page consist of the following blocks:
- Top bar (for more information see Working with the List of Objects).
- Notification Log with the following columns:
- ID — unique identification number of a Notification.
- Type — type of the Notification: SMS, Email, Customer Control Panel.
- Event Handler — type of Event Handler that generated the Notification.
- Details — detailed information about Notification.
- Sending Time — date and time when a Notification in the sending queue will be sent. If a Notification was sent immediately, the Sending Time is empty.
- Status — status of a Notification:
- Completed — Notification was sent.
- Waiting for sending — Notification is waiting in the sending queue.
- Created At — date and time when a Notification was created.
