Managing Synchronization of data

Synchronization allows updating information about Reseller, Products, and Product Categories in Customer Store with ActivePlatform.

To configure synchronization:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Storefront (see Navigation). The General tab is displayed with the Synchronization group.



    The time and date of the last synchronization are displayed in the Last synchronization field.
  3. To activate automatic synchronization, turn On the Auto sync toggle.
  4. To synchronize the Customer Store information with the ActivePlatform data manually, click Synchronize Customer Store.

The first synchronization is performed automatically when Customer Store is created (see Creating Customer Store). 

Automatic synchronization is performed as scheduled (UTC+3):
