Introduction
ActivePlatform is a software platform that automates the cloud services selling process. ActivePlatform allows organizing simple and effective customer service. Via the platform, you can empower your clients with cloud services and automate all processes for accounting and billing.
This guide describes the basics of working with the Operator Control Panel and Reseller Control Panel, which are parts of ActivePlatform. The Reseller Control Panel is similar to the Operator Control Panel but has limited functionality.
The functionality described in this guide is related to the Operator Control Panel and Reseller Control Panel unless otherwise indicated. By default, the functionality is described for the Operator Control Panel, but similar operations can be performed in the Reseller Control Panel.
Audience
The primary audience of this guide is managers of Operators and Resellers who sell cloud services.
