Creating a notification template

Before creating a notification template, create a notification category (see Managing notification categories).

Creating a notification template depends on the notification type:

• Email notifications are sent to customers and managers via the email service (see Creating an email template).
• SMS notifications are sent to customers and managers via the SMS gates (see Creating an SMS template).
• Notifications in the Customer Control Panel are displayed to customers only in the Customer Control Panel (see Creating a notification template for the Customer Control Panel).
