Vendor Portal
Added the possibility to manage users
Now an administrator can create users, link users to one or to several Vendors, manage users' access to Vendor Portal, view and edit users information, manage users statuses. (OOO-159)
Extended the user functionality to work with Vendors
Now, a user that is linked to several Vendors can switch between Vendor panels and edit Vendor information. (OOO-157)
Added new types of the email notifications
Now the notifications can be configured and sent for the following events:
- a new vendor has signed up in Vendor Portal;
- a Product has passed the moderation;
- a Product has not passed the moderation. (OOO-158)
Added an API debugger for new Products integration
The API debugger checks the status of required and optional API methods of the Product and returns the response and status of each method. The API debugger user interface is available in the "Integration API" section. The "Subscription integration settings" and "Subscription user integration settings" sections were removed. (OOO-156)
Operator Control Panel
Completed the first stage of the transition to the management of Platform processes via Products instead of Plans
The following tasks have been accomplished:
- the mandatory binding of Plans to the Products has been implemented;
- the migration scripts were implemented for existing installations;
- information about the related Product and its Category has been added to the response model of the API methods providing information on Plans;
- the process of the Plans delegation has been changed: now Plans are delegated to the downline Resellers together with the related Product and its Category;
- the "Billing type" parameter was moved from the Product level to the Plan level, the corresponding changes are made in the API methods that provide information on Plans;
- Placeholders for Products and their Categories were added;
- the possibility to view all Plans that are related to the Product on the Product page was implemented;
- the possibility to filter the lists of Subscriptions and Plans by the related Product was implemented.

Implemented the possibility to set the individual prices for a Subscription
Now Operator can choose whether Subscription should be charged at the Plan rates or at the individual prices when ordering Plan and its Resources for an Account. For the delegated Plans, information about the total price components is displayed, including net cost, discount and margin. Individual prices remain effective until the Subscription expiration date. Implemented a new type of additional attribute
Now Operator can create a list of predefined values (drop-down list) that can be applied to the following entities: Account, User, Plan, Reseller, Manager, Resource. Read more in the Ordering a subscription at the individual prices article of the Operator (Reseller) Control Panel Guide. (OOO-142)
New integration
VMware vCloud Director
Completed the first stage of ActivePlatform integration with VMware vCloud Director. VMware vCloud Director is a platform that allows customers to create and manage virtual data centers and infrastructure. Now, Subscriptions to VMware vCloud Director can be provisioned by ActivePlatform. Read more in "VMware vCloud Director" service. (OOO-108)
Improvements
Vendor Portal
Improved the user interface when creating a new Product. Now a Vendor can see the progress of Product creation and hints about the information that has to be submitted. (OOO-161)
Customer Control Panel
- Improved the user interface when renewing Subscriptions. Now the step, at which a period is selected, is skipped when the Subscription has only one renew period. Additionally, the option to renew Subscription to the Google Suite Flexlible Plans from Customer Control Panel was implemented. Read more in Manually Renewing Subscription. (OOO-141)
- Improved the user interface when viewing Charges for the selected Resources Groups of Microsoft Azure service. Read more in Microsoft Azure. "Charges" section. (BBB-11609)
Operator Control Panel
- Implemented sending the additional information to the Dr.Web service about reseller and end customer in XMLformat during the Subscription and additional resources provisioning, which allows the distributors to receive the Dr.Web partner status. (OOO-143)
- Improved the mechanism for setting the markup coefficients for the Azure service:
- Now the markup is set independently at each Reseller level for Microsoft Azure delegated plans;
- The markup, which was set by Reseller, is displayed on the Debits page for subscriptions to Microsoft Azure delegated plans. (BBB-11625)
