Ordering a subscription at the individual prices

Individual prices are applied within the whole subscription period until a renewal or switch plan order is created for a subscription. You can change individual prices for a subscription after purchase (see Viewing and updating subscription prices).

Ordering a subscription at individual prices is similar to ordering a subscription at the plan prices (see Ordering a subscription at the plan prices) with the following specifics:

  1. On a step with information about the plan, plan period, subscription, and resources, turn On the Individual prices switch.
  2. In the Subscription renew settings group, select the required pricing option for the subscription renewal:

The default option of the Subscription renew settings setting is inherited from the service term of a plan (see Creating a service term). You can change the selected option later (see Viewing and updating subscription's details).

    • Use the highest prices — the maximum fees per type among the individual prices and prices in a plan are used for the subscription renewal.

    • Use individual prices — optionally, in the Apply before field, enter the end date of the period when individual prices are effective for the subscription renewal:
      • If the provisioning date of a renewal order is less than the date, the individual prices effective at the order creation moment are used for the subscription renewal.
      • If the provisioning date of a renewal order is equal to or greater than the date, the default option of the Subscription renew settings setting from the service term of a plan is used for the subscription renewal. This option will be set for the subscription after the order provisioning. The Apply before field will also be cleared if the default option of the Subscription renew settings setting from the service term is Use individual prices.
      • If the date is not set, the individual prices effective at the order creation moment are used for the subscription renewal, regardless of the order provisioning date.
    • Use prices from plan — the prices set in a plan are used for the subscription renewal. In this case, a renewal order and a subscription after completing this order have Individual prices = No. To switch back to individual prices after the renewal, see Transferring a subscription to individual prices.

The following prices are set for a subscription:

Fee typeIndividual prices, $Plan prices, $
    Subscription recurring fee1025
    Resource License recurring fee1510
    Resource Domains recurring fee52

If the subscription is renewed with the individual prices option, the total renewal cost is 10 + 15 + 5 = 30$.

If the subscription is renewed with the plan prices option, the total renewal cost is 25 + 10 + 2 = 37$.

If the subscription is renewed with the maximum prices option, the total renewal cost is 25 + 15 + 5 = 45$.

  3. In the Subscription and Resources tables:

    1. In the Plan price column, check the price and currency set in the plan.
    2. In the Individual price column, enter the required individual prices. The default individual prices are equal to the plan prices.

    3. If available, check every price against the net costs and ERP prices. The Net cost and ERP columns are not displayed if all their fee types in the plan equal zero.

Individual prices cannot be set for the following types of fees: Renewal fee (one-time), Transfer fee (one-time), Overuse fee (one-time).

When individual prices are set, discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to the order. On the order confirmation page, the Promo code field is hidden.
