Clients

You can use the Clients section to view information about customers of the partner as follows:

  • View the list of all customers of the partner.
  • View detailed information about a customer and the customer's subscriptions.

You can add a new customer or update an existing customer only when purchasing a subscription (see Order subscription).

To go to the list of customers, select Clients in the navigation menu. A page with a table and filters is displayed.

Table

A table is a multipage list with information about customers in the rows. For the general rules of working with tables in Reseller Store, see Navigation.

Select the columns with information about customers you want to see in the table:

  1. Click Table view. The list of all columns is displayed.
  2. Select the checkboxes of the required columns:
    • Client name — the ID, name, and the status of a customer (see Client details). This column is always displayed.

      • Active — it is possible to order new subscriptions to a customer.
      • Deleted — a customer and all customer's subscriptions are permanently deleted.
      • Administrative hold — a manager manually blocked a customer. All customer's subscriptions are automatically stopped.
      • Financial hold — a customer is automatically blocked due to debt.

    • Contact person — the name and email of the contact person of a customer.
    • ITN — the customer's organization registration number (also referred to as INN).
    • Creation date — the date when a customer is created in Reseller Store.
    • Last purchase date — the most recent date when a subscription is ordered for a customer.
    • Client type — the name of a group to which a customer is linked.
    • Microsoft Tenant Name — the domain name of the customer in Microsoft. By default, the column is not displayed.

Status and Sorting

By default, you can view all customers with the most recently ordered subscriptions on the top of the list.

To filter customers displayed in the list by their statuses:

  1. Click Status. The list of customer statuses appears.

    • Active — it is possible to order new subscriptions to a customer.
    • Deleted — a customer and all customer's subscriptions are permanently deleted.
    • Administrative hold — a manager manually blocked a customer. All customer's subscriptions are automatically stopped.
    • Financial hold — a customer is automatically blocked due to debt.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the required statuses.
  3. To close the list of customer statuses, click Status one more time.

    If any of the checkboxes are selected, the Status button is highlighted.

Select the preferable order of displaying customers:

  1. Click Sorting. The sorting setting options appears.
  2. In the Sort on list, select the attribute used for sorting:
    • Client creation date
    • Last purchase date
  3. In the Sort order list, select the sorting direction:
    • From earliest to latest
    • From latest to earliest
  4. To close the sorting setting options, click Sorting one more time.

You can use search by the customer name or ITN (INN) as follows:

  1. Start typing the customer name or ITN (INN) in the search field. The list with the suggested results appears.
  2. Click the relevant result in the list or press ENTER to view all search results.
