Client details

You can use the Client details page to view information about a customer and the customer's subscriptions.

You can add a new customer or update an existing customer only when purchasing a subscription (see Order subscription).

To go to the customer's details page, click the ID or name of the customer in any section of Reseller Store. A page with several tabs is displayed.

Client

You can view the following information about a customer on all tabs of the page:

  • The ID and name of the customer.
  • The customer status.

    • Active — it is possible to order new subscriptions to a customer.
    • Deleted — a customer and all customer's subscriptions are permanently deleted.
    • Administrative hold — a manager manually blocked a customer. All customer's subscriptions are automatically stopped.
    • Financial hold — a customer is automatically blocked due to debt.

  • Creation date — the date when the customer is created in Reseller Store.
  • The name of a group to which the customer is linked (сlient type).

General information

On the General information tab, you can view the following information about the customer:

  • Company data — the INN (ITN) and legal address of the customer.
  • Contacts — the name and email of the contract person of the customer.
  • Additional information — a group of elements displayed for customers with subscriptions to Microsoft services:
    • Microsoft Tenant Name — the domain name of the customer in Microsoft.
    • Microsoft Tenant ID — the ID of the customer in Microsoft.

List of subscriptions

On the List of subscriptions tab, you can view subscriptions ordered for the customer.

The list is similar to the My subscriptions section (see My subscriptions) and include a table with the following columns:

  • Subscription name — the ID, name, and the status of a subscription (see Subscription details). This column is always displayed.

    • Active — a subscription is running.
    • Delivered — a subscription with the Non-Recurring billing type is activated.
    • Stopped — a subscription is temporarily stopped.
    • Deleted — a subscription is permanently deleted.
    • New order — a subscription is just ordered, activating is expected.
    • Waiting for manual approve — an operation for a subscription should be approved manually by a manager.
    • Graced — a subscription was not paid timely. After expiring the grace period, the subscription will be stopped.
    • Installing — installing the ordered resources of a subscription is undergoing.
    • Activating — activating a subscription is undergoing.
    • Renewing — renewing a subscription is undergoing.
    • Updating — updating the ordered resources of a subscription is undergoing.
    • Switching — the subscription plan is switching.
    • Stopping — stopping a subscription is undergoing.
    • Deleting — deleting a subscription is undergoing.
    • Installation failed — an error occurred during the resources installation process.
    • Activation failed — an error occurred during the subscription activation process.
    • Renewal failed — an error occurred during the subscription renewing process.
    • Updating failed — an error occurred during the resources updating process.
    • Switching failed — an error occurred during the subscription plan switch.
    • Stopping failed — an error occurred during the subscription stopping process.
    • Deleting failed — an error occurred during the subscription deletion process.

  • Activation date — the first day of the working period of a subscription.
  • Expiration date — the last day of the working period of a subscription. In the table, below the expiration date, you can view the status of the Auto-renew option of a subscription. If the Auto-renew checkbox is selected, the subscription will be renewed for the next period automatically.
  • Billing type — the charging model that defines the regularity of payments for a subscription. By default, the column is not displayed.

    • Long-term — annual payments.
    • Monthly — monthly payments.
    • Monthly endless — monthly payments, perpetual subscription (endless period).
    • Monthly Commitment — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
    • Monthly for ESET — monthly payments, subscription to the ESET service for ISPs.
    • Non-Recurring — one-time payment.
    • Non-Refund — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
    • PAYG external — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated on the service side.

    • PAYG internal — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated in ActivePlatform.

    • Pay-in-full — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.
    • Reservation — payments for the full period of a subscription in advance.
    • License-based (Monthly) — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.

  • Number of basic units resource — the amount of the primary resource of a subscription.

Quick actions

You can perform the following actions for a subscription on the page:

  • Stop or Activate a subscription — in the Subscription name column, click the subscription status and select an action from the list. In a pop-up window, confirm the action.
  • Manage the subscription auto-renewing — in the Expiration date column, select or clear the Auto-renew checkbox. In a pop-up window, confirm the action.
  • Change the amount of the primary subscription resource:
    1. In the Number of basic units resource column, click pencil. A field for entering the value appears.
    2. Enter the new amount of the primary subscription resource.

      Please note a hint with information about the available range for a resource:

      • Included — the amount of a resource included in the subscription cost. A customer only pays for any amount above the included.
      • From — the minimal amount of a resource mandatory for ordering.
      • To — the maximum amount of a resource available for ordering.

      If you enter a value out of the available range, the element gets the red color. Check the hint and enter the correct value.

    3. Click check and in a pop-up window, confirm the action.

The availability of the actions depends on the current date, the subscription status, and some other circumstances. As a result, some elements may become read-only or not be displayed at all. For more information about actions with a subscription, see Subscription management.
