Reset password
If the manager's password is lost or forgotten, you can reset the password and restore access to Reseller Store as follows:
- Go to the Авторизация page.
- Select or enter the domain name of a partner registered in Reseller Store and click Next.
- On the ActivePlatform authorization page, click Forget your password?.
- On the Reset password page, enter the manager's email used as the login to access Reseller Store and click Send instructions. A message with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent.
- Check the email. If necessary, check the spam folder.
- In the received message, click the link to reset the password. The Reset Password page is displayed.
Enter the new password in the New password and Confirm your new password fields. The password requirements are displayed in the Password requirements tip. When a requirement is satisfied, the corresponding item is highlighted. The password can also be generated automatically by clicking the Generate button. Do not use the password from the example in the Password requirements tip.
- Click Change my password. The main page of Reseller Store is displayed (see Main page).
After signing in, you can change your password one more time (see My profile).
