VMware vCloud Director is a cloud platform that enables the customers to build and manage the virtual data centers and infrastructure.

If a "vCloud Director" Subscription is not renewed timely (see Renew subscription), then after a stop period, set by the Operator, the Subscription will be deleted. The Subscription deletion causes complete data deletion (data centers, catalogs, organization) in the vCloud Director Control Panel and cannot be undone.
