Managing an "Acronis Backup" Subscription
If the Subscription is not renewed, it is stopped. After the stop period, set by the Operator, the Subscription is deleted. The Subscription deletion causes deletion of the Acronis Customer associated with the Subscription. If the Subscription is deleted, then:
- All sub-tenants of the corresponding Acronis Customer are deleted.
- All Users within this Acronis Customer and all its sub-tenants are deleted.
- All services, that were enabled within this Acronis Customer and all its sub-tenants, stop operating.
- All service-related data (e.g., backups, synced files) of this Acronis Customer and all its sub-tenants are deleted.
You can manage the "Acronis Backup" service using the Entry Point menu. To view the menu click the
button on the "Acronis Backup" Entry Point.The "Acronis Backup" Entry Point menu contains:
- "Users" section — is not used to manage the Subscription.
- "Information" section — does not contain additional information.
- "Orders" section — see "Acronis". "Orders" section.
- "Charges" section — contains detailed information about the Subscription Charges (see -Subscription analytics).
- "Renew" section — is used to renew the Subscription (see Manual renew subscription).
- "Configuration" section — see Acronis. "Configuration" section.
