ESET NOD32. Changing the number of licenses

You can change the number of licenses only once a day, and only for:

• ESET NOD32 Small Business Pack,
• ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition,
• ESET NOD32 Smart Security Business Edition,
• ESET NOD32 File Security for Microsoft Windows Server,
• ESET NOD32 Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server.

The licenses number and license data will be updated the next day after the Order is completed. Therefore, you need to re-activate your "ESET NOD32" antivirus. New license data will be available in the Information section (see ESET NOD32. "Information" section), and you will also receive an email message with new registration code.

If you update the licenses number before 23-00, then the Subscription is updated at 00:30 the next day. In this case:

• Until 23-00 the Subscription has the Updating status. The licenses number does not change.
• At 23-00, the Subscription gets the Stopped status. Your "ESET NOD32" antivirus continues to work, but the database updating is temporary disabled.
• At 00-30 the next day, the Subscription gets the Active status. The number of licenses and license data is updated.

If you update the licenses number from 23-00 to 23-59, then the Subscription remains in the Updating status until 23-00 the next day. Then the procedure is the same as described above.
