Updating a user of the Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business) service
To update a User of the Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business) service:
- Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Skype for Business Entry Point. The button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
- Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
- On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Account with access to the Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business) service is displayed.
- Click the name of the required User. The User's details page is displayed.
- Edit the following information:
- First name, Middle name, Last name — name of the User.
- Email — User's email that is used as a login.
- Role — access level of the User (see Access levels of users).
- Click Update to save the changes.
