Microsoft Software Subscriptions. "Configuration" section

The Configuration section is used to manage the Subscription. To view the Configuration section:

1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
2. Move the mouse pointer to the Microsoft Software Subscriptions Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
3. Click . The Entry point menu is displayed.
4. In the Entry point menu, click Configuration. The Configuration section of the Configuration page is displayed.
   
   
   
   The page includes the following elements:
   • Subscription ID and Subscription name.
   • Payment model.
   • Subscription status.
   • Horizontal navigation menu with the Subscription management links:
     
     • Analytics — see -Subscription analytics in the ActivePlatform. Customer Control Panel.
     • Information — see Microsoft Software Subscriptions. "Information" section.
     • Orders — see List of orders in the ActivePlatform. Customer Control Panel.
   • Renew — manual renewing the Subscription (see Manual renew subscription).
   • Auto-renew group of elements: 

     • Switch for the auto-renew option (see Auto-renew subscription).

     • List of periods for auto-renewing.

     • Expires — end date of the active period of the Subscription.

       After the expiration date:

       • The Subscription is deleted and cannot be renewed.

       • To continue using the Service, order a new Subscription (see Ordering a "Microsoft Software Subscriptions" Subscription).

     Renewing a Subscription (manual and automatic) is only available for the same period with the same Resource amount. Editing a Renewal Order is not available. The Reseller can also turn off the Auto-renew switch and forbid changing it. In this case, a Subscription will not be renewed.

     For endless Subscriptions, renewing is not available.

   • The Resources management section — not available for changing.
