Ordering an Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription
To start using the service, order a subscription to one of the plans. All plans have a duration of 1 month. For the general description of ordering a subscription, see -Заказ новой подписки in the Customer Control Panel guide.
An account can have only one subscription to each plan of the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud product. On the Acronis side, there are no "subscriptions" — a customer uses one service with a set of resources according to the ordered plans. All subscriptions of an account in the platform share the same tenant and the same storage on the Acronis side. The storage size is defined by the total quantity of the Backup Storage (Local Storage) resource (in GB) of the active subscriptions. Within the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud service, the "main" and "additional" resources are available for customers. The "main" resources are included in plans, and they are billed. The "additional" resources are missing in the platform and are free and unlimited for customers according to the SKU of the ordered plans.
Only one period is available in all plans — 1 month. The billing day is set to the 1 day of the month. Every Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription is free until the 1 day of the next month. During the free period, changing the quantity of resources is not available, and a subscription has the Trial label.
When a subscription is created, the Owner of an account will receive 2 messages:
- An instruction from Acronis on how to activate the service and the created admin — if it is the first subscription of an account.
- An instruction from a reseller.
