Manage Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscription

To manage your Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see List of subscriptions).

Prolong subscription

Prolongation is not used for Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscriptions.

Renew subscription

For the general description of the procedure, see Renew subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.

Renewing a Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscription (manual and automatic) is available for the same period with the same resource amount only.

Microsoft does not provide a grace period for expired Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscriptions. It means that after the expiration date, an unpaid subscription is deleted and cannot be renewed.

Switch plan

Switching the plan is not used for Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscriptions.

Change resources

Changing the resource quantity is not available during the whole Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscription period.

Stop and activate subscription

Stopping and activating are not available for Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscriptions.

Delete subscription

Manual deleting is not available for Microsoft Software Subscriptions subscriptions.
