Subscription events

A subscription is an agreement between a distributor and a customer. Subscriptions keep information about a vendor's service plan, personal and billing contacts, technical and service provisioning terms. Subscriptions are associated with accounts. An account is a counterpart (natural person or legal entity) that is used to pay for the vendor's services. An account contains information about the customer's profile, billing history, purchases, etc. A customer can have several accounts. A subscription is created when a customer orders one of the plans created by a vendor in Vendor Portal. 

A service must support several subscription integration endpoints so that ActivePlatform can notify about subscription lifecycle events. These events occur when customers perform operations in ActivePlatform that affect subscriptions statuses, for example, creating, changing, or cancelling subscriptions.
