Notifications

The Customer Control Panel can send notifications on various events in the platform. The following notification types are available:

  • Email — notifications are sent to an email used as a login for the Customer Control Panel. In this case, messages for the Owner of an account are sent only to a user that currently has the Owner access level for an account. Users that previously had the Owner access level for this account will not receive any new notifications.
  • SMS — notifications are sent to the phone number of a user.
  • Push — notifications are displayed in the Customer Control Panel as pop-up messages. Not supported in the current version.

You can configure which categories of notifications you want to receive for an account by email and SMS. The Customer Control Panel also stores the history of email notifications.
