Notification history

The Customer Control Panel stores the history of all email notifications sent to users of an account. You can view only email notifications sent to your current user as a recipient or CC.

To view the notification history:

  1. Click the user name in the upper right corner on any page. The user menu is displayed.
  2. In the user menu, select My profile. The user details page is displayed (see My profile).
  3. Go to the Email tab. The list of notifications sent to the user's email is displayed with the following columns:
    • Subject — the subject and preview of a notification.
    • Received — the date and time when a notification is received.
  4. To view a notification, click the corresponding row. A pop-up window with the notification content appears.

If your current user has more than 10 email notifications, pagination is used for the list. To go to the next or any other page, use the pagination buttons at the bottom of the page.
