Charges generation

Charges are generated at the moment of the Order creation, excluding charges for the Pay as you go billing type (see the paragraph about the generation of Debits in the Charges for Pay-as-you-go billing type article).

The table below shows the operations that cause Charges generation.

Purchasing Plan (see Creating an Order)

  • Purchasing Plan (setup fee)
  • Purchasing Plan (recurring fee)
  • Upgrade resource (setup fee) — in the case when an additional amount of Resources was purchased along with a Plan purchase
  • Upgrade resource (recurring fee) — in the case when an additional amount of Resources was purchased along with a Plan purchase

Resources amount increasing

  • Upgrade resource (setup fee)
  • Upgrade resource (recurring fee)

Resources amount reducing

  • Upgrade resource (recurring fee) - two new Charges are generated based on previous Recurring fee Charge for a resource amount increasing: for the past period of usage of an additional amount of the Resource and for the subsequent period of usage of a reduced amount of the Resource through to the nearest Billing day; additional Recurring fee Charges are created for each of subsequent Billing periods of a Resource reduced amount usage up until the Subscription period end

  • Renewal subscription (renewal fee)
  • Renewal subscription (recurring fee)
