Viewing the List of Subscriptions

The List of Subscriptions displays all Subscriptions that were ordered in the Operator Control Panel and Customer Control Panel.

To view the List of Subscriptions:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. Click Operations > Operations > Subscriptions on the Navigation Bar.



    The Workspace displays the following blocks:
    • Top bar (for more information see Working with the List of Objects) that can be used to:
        • Find a Subscription using its ID or Name;
        • Filter the List of Subscriptions.
      • Status - show Subscriptions with the chosen status;

      • Trial — show free trial (filter set to Yes) or paid (filter set to No) Subscriptions;

      • Plan — show Subscriptions to a chosen Plan;
      • Manager — show Subscriptions assigned to the chosen Manager;

      • Created at — show Subscriptions created in the specified date range;
      • Plan category — show Subscriptions to a Plan belonging to the chosen Plan Category (see Managing Plan Categories);
      • Product - show Subscriptions to a Plan belonging to the chosen Product;
      • Endless - show Subscriptions to the endless Plan periods (filter set to Yes) to to the finite Plan periods (filter set to No);
      • Individual price - allows to find all the Subscriptions, for which the individual prices were set;
      • Expiration date - show Subscriptions expiring in the specified date range.
    • List of Subscriptions with the following columns:
      • ID — the unique identification number of the Subscription;
      • Name — the Subscription name;
      • Account — the Account name;
      • Plan — the name of the Plan;
      • Manager - the Manager name;
      • Trial — the type of a Subscription:
        • Yes — Subscription to the free trial Plan period;
        • No — Subscription to the paid Plan period.
      • Status — the Subscription status.

        • Ordered — Customer has ordered the Subscription;
        • Installing — the ordered applications are installing;
        • Installation failed — an error occurred during the installation of the ordered application;
        • Activating — the Subscription is activating;
        • Activating failed — an error occurred during the activation process;
        • Active — the Subscription has been activated;
        • Updating — the Subscription resource is updating;
        • Updating failed — an error occurred during the update process;
        • Renewing — the system is renewing the Subscription;
        • Renewing failed — an error occurred during the renewal process;
        • Waiting for manual approve - the operation with the Subscription should be approved by a Manager (see Manual Operations);
        • Graced — the Customer has not renewed the Subscription, and after the Grace period (see Viewing and Updating a Plan Class) the system stops the Subscription;
        • Stopping — the system is stopping the Subscription;
        • Stopping failed — an error occurred during the stopping process;
        • Stopped — the Subscription has been stopped;
        • Deleting — the system is deleting the Subscription;
        • Deletion failed — an error occurred during the deleting process;
        • Deleted — the Subscription has been deleted.
      • Start Date — the activation date of the Subscription;
      • Expiration Date — the expiration date of the Subscription.
