Deactivating an Event Handler
Deactivation of Event Handler does not change the status of corresponding delegated Event Handlers of the downline Resellers.
The Event Handler with the Inactive status does not send messages to the customers and employees.
To deactivate an Event Handler:
- Sign in to Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar click Settings > Notification > Event Handlers. The Workspace displays the List of Event Handlers (see Viewing the List of Event Handlers).
- Click the ID or Name link of the required Event Handler. The Event Handler details page appears.
- On the General tab, click Deactivate.
- Click Confirm in the pop-up window. The Event Handler is deactivated. The deactivated Event Handlers have the Inactive status.
