Creating a Notification Template

There are the following types of the Notifications:

• Email notifications are sent to the customers and employees via email service (see Creating an Email Template);
• SMS notifications are sent to the customers and employees via SMS gates (see Creating an SMS Template).
• Notifications in the Customer Control Panel are displayed to the customers and employees in the Customer Control Panel (see Creating a Notification Template for the Customer Control Panel).
