Viewing the list of Payments

The list of Payments contains all created Payments. To view the list of Payments:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Payments (see Navigation). The list of Payments is displayed. 

    You can view a list of Payments for the specific Account on the Payments tab of the Account page (see Viewing and updating an Account's details).

     


    The page includes the following blocks:

    • Top bar (see Working with the List of Objects).
    • List of Payments with the following columns:
      • ID — unique identification number of the Payment.
      • Payment number — number of the Payment.
      • Account — name of the Account which makes Payment.
      • Status — status of the Payment (see Payment types).
      • Due date — date when a Payment of the Balance topping up to pay for rendered services type receives the Expired status in case when it's not completed (see Payment for rendered Services). 
      • Payment method — method of Payment (see Configuring Payment Methods).
      • Discount — amount of the discount.
      • Total — total amount of the Payment.
      • Balance — Account balance.
      • Manager — employee who is responsible for managing the Payment.
      • Created at — date and time of the Payment creation.
      • Closed at — date and time when the Payment gets the CompletedPaid for balance, or Cancelled status.
