Viewing and updating an Account's details

The following operation are available on the Account's details page:

Viewing Account's details

To view an Account's details:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation bar, go to Accounts (see Navigation). The List of Accounts is displayed.
  3. Click the ID or Name of the required Account. The Account details page appears which consists of the following tabs:

Viewing general information of an Account

The General tab contains the following Account information:

  • Account information displays the general and contact information that is specified when the Account is creating (see Creating an Account).
    • ID — unique identification number of the Account.
    • TrialAccount attribute for a Customer who ordered a trial Subscription (then the Customer will have to complete the full registration).
    • Account TypeAccount Type (see Account Types).
    • Company name — company name, if the customer is a legal entity.
    • Login — signing in to the Customer Control Panel using customer credentials (see Log in to the Customer Control Panel).
    • Status — one of the following Account statuses:
    • Self-registration — indicates whether the Account was created by completing the self-registration process in the Customer Control Panel (see Quick and full registration) or was created by a Manager via the Operator Control Panel (see Creating an Account).

      For all Accounts created before the release date of the ActivePlatform v. 4.3 (see Release Notes), Self-registration is set to No.

    • — link to the Reseller for this Account (see Viewing and updating Reseller general information).
    • Manager — personal manager for the current Account.

      For automatic linking an Account to a Manager when a customer orders a new Service via Customer Store, see Automatic linking an Account to a Manager.

    • Account Class — terms of the Account (see Account Classes).

    • Work permit for postpaid — permission of the Account to order postpaid Subscriptions (see Managing Account's permission to use the Postpay model). The column is displayed when the Allow an account to order a postpaid subscription parameter is set to Manually (see General system settings) and customers should get approval from their Managers to order postpaid Subscriptions. The possible values are:
      • Verification not performed — the Account did no order postpaid Subscriptions to a commercial period when the manual approval from the Manager was expected.
      • Approval required — the Account attempted to order the first postpaid Subscription to a commercial period when the manual approval from the Manager was expected. The Account is being reviewed by the Manager.
      • Declined — the Manager denied the Account to order postpaid Subscriptions to a commercial period.
      • Approved — the Manager allowed the Account to order postpaid Subscriptions to a commercial period.




  • Balance information — the following parameters:
    • Balance — current Account Balance value and the amount of blocked funds.
    • Current debttotal debt for all customer's postpaid Subscriptions for the current Billing period, excluding Payments made for the previous Billing period.
    • Created at — date and time of the Account creation.

  • Payment model:
    • Default payment model — payment model set in the Account Class (see Creating an Account Class). The field is read-only.
    • If the Default payment model is Prepay, the following elements are displayed:
      • the Financial blocking threshold field and the Use from the account class switch — the limit, within which the Account Balance can be negative without moving the Account to the Credit hold status during the Subzero period. By default, the Use from the account class switch is On and the Financial blocking threshold is applied from the Account Class. When the Use from the account class switch is Off, the individual value is applied for the Account.

        If in the Account Class the Pay with negative balance checkbox is not selected, then Financial blocking threshold is ignored and Account Balance cannot become negative (see Creating an Account Class).


    • If the Default payment model is Postpay, the following elements are displayed:
      • Payment expiration periodperiod in days after which the Payment will become expired and the Subscription linked with this Payment will be stopped. The field is unavailable.
      • The Subscription credit limit field and the Use from the account class switch — the value of the Subscription debt, above which the postpaid Subscription will be stopped. By default, the Use from the account class switch is On and the Subscription credit limit is applied from the Account Class. When the Use from the account class switch is Off, the individual value is applied for the Account.



  • Contact information — Account address information.
  • Contract person — name and email of the Account representative.
  • Contact person:
    • Owner — link to the User page with the Owner access level.
    • Tech contact and Billing contact — account Users responsible for the technical and financial matters, respectively.



  • Agreements — information about the agreements accepted by the Account. The group is displayed if the Reseller activated acceptance of legal agreements for Accounts (see General system settings).
  • Information about Responsible Managers per Product — displayed as groups named after the Products with at least one confirmed Order for the Account. Each group includes the set of lists for Roles and the assigned Responsible Managers (see Managing Roles of Responsible managers and Managing Responsible Managers). For Roles without assigned Responsible Managers, the lists have empty values. For Roles without active Responsible Managers, the corresponding lists are nor displayed.



  • Microsoft — account information from Microsoft Partner Center which is displayed after the first Microsoft CSP Subscription has been ordered:
    • TenantID — Microsoft Tenant ID (GUID) of the Account.
    • Tenant Name — Microsoft Tenant Name (domain name) of the Account.


  • Attributes — additional Account information. It depends on the Account Type (see Account Types).

Updating an Account

To edit an Account information:

  1. On the General tab, in the fields, which are available for editing, enter the new values.

    To define for an Account the individual Financial blocking threshold or Subscription credit limit different from the Account Class values, turn on the Use from Account Class toggle and enter the new value in the required field.

    When the Subscription credit limit of the Account is changed, the Account Owner receives a Notification on the new settings (see Creating an Event Handler and Viewing the List of Event Handlers).

    It is not possible to use Crimea as the Region in the address information of an Account.

    Changing the Country may be forbidden by a Reseller in the system settings (see General system settings).

  2. Click Update to save the changes.
