Credit hold of the Account
The Credit hold is used to automatically block the Account working with prepaid Subscriptions in the following cases:
- The Account Balance becomes less than the Financial blocking threshold, which was set in the Account Class (see Creating an Account Class) or individually for the Account (see Viewing and updating an Account's details);
- The Account Balance remains negative within the Financial blocking threshold longer than the Subzero period that was set in the Account Class (see Creating an Account Class).
An Account can use the Balance to pay both prepaid and postpaid Subscriptions Payments. The funds are blocked on the Account Balance for Charges for prepaid Subscriptions only. Charges for postpaid Subscriptions do not affect the Account Balance.
