Viewing and updating Reseller general information

To view and update Reseller general information:

1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Resellers (see Navigation). The list of Resellers is displayed (see Viewing the List of Resellers).
3. Click the Name of the required Reseller. The page with the following information about the selected Reseller is displayed:
   
   • In the Reseller Information group:
   • • ID — unique identification number of the Reseller.
     • Reseller name — name of the Reseller that will be displayed on the Operator (Reseller) Control Panel.
       
     • Currency — code of the Reseller currency displayed as follows:
       • List of all available currencies (see Currencies) — if for the Reseller there are no Subscriptions in any status but Deleted.
       • Link to the currency rates page (see Currency Rates) — if for the Reseller there is at least one Subscription in any status but Deleted.
     • Login — link to access the Reseller Control Panel with the Resellers credentials (see Logging to the Reseller Control Panel).
     • Manager — manager of the upstream Reseller (Operator) related to this Reseller.
       
       

   
   
   

   • Company information group — address information of the Reseller.
     
     
     
     
   • Contact information — information about the contact person of the Reseller.
     
     
     
     
   • Optionally, the page may contain a set of additional fields, which is determined by the Reseller's Attributes (see Managing Attributes). 
4. Make the required changes in the fields available for editing.
5. Click Update to save the changes.
