Managing Reseller's Information

To view information about a Reseller:

1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Resellers (see Navigation). The list of Resellers is displayed (see Viewing the List of Resellers).
3. Click the Name link of the required Reseller.
   
   
   
   You see Reseller's details page, which consists of the following tabs:
   
   • General — Reseller's general information and options for managing Resellers (see Viewing and updating Reseller general information);
   • Domaing Management - Reseller's domain information and domain availability status (see Managing Reseller's domain);
   • Delegated Plans — a list of Plans that have been delegated to the Reseller (see Delegating Plans to Resellers);
   • Charges — a list of Reseller's charges (see Viewing Reseller Charges);
   • Reseller Subscriptions — a list of Subscriptions that were sold by a specific Reseller and by downline Resellers on all levels below. The tab is similar to the Reseller Subscriptions tab on the Resellers page (see Viewing the list of Resellers Subscriptions);
   • Log — a history of Reseller's operations (see Viewing the System Log).
