Managing access to Customer Store
Customer Store status defines whether Customer Store is available via public domain or via service domain.
Customer Store has one of the following statuses:
- Active — Customer Store is available via public domain and via service domain (see Customer Store Activation).
- Maintenance — Customer Store is available via service domain only (see Changing the Customer Store status to Maintenance). When a user tries to access Customer Store via public domain the Maintenance page is displayed. Customer Store is created with the Maintenance status.
- Inactive — Customer Store is unavailable via public domain and via service domain (see Customer Store Deactivation). In the Inactive status, general settings of Customer Store are saved, but cannot be changed. Other settings management is available.
