Managing Synchronization of data

Synchronization allows updating information about Reseller, Products and Product Categories in Customer Store using ActivePlatform data.



The first synchronization is performed automatically when Customer Store is created (see Creating Customer Store). Time and date of the last synchronization are displayed on the Synchronization group.

There are two ways to perform synchronization:

  1. Enable automatic daily synchronization option by activating the Auto sync toggle. An automatic daily synchronization is disabled by default.



  2. Synchronize Customer Store information with ActivePlatform data manually by clicking the Synchronize Customer Store button.
