Viewing the list of Subscriptions

The list of Subscriptions displays all Subscriptions that were ordered via the Operator Control Panel and Customer Control Panel.

To view the list of Subscriptions:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar go to Subscriptions (see Navigation). The List of Subscriptions appears.



The List of Subscriptions includes the following columns:

  • ID — the unique identification number of the Subscription.
  • Name — the Subscription name.
  • Account — the Account name.
  • Plan — the Plan name.
  • Manager — the Manager name.
  • Trial — the type of a Subscription:
    • Yes — Subscription to the free trial Plan period.
    • No — Subscription to the paid Plan period.
  • Status — the Subscription status.
  • Ordered — Customer has ordered the Subscription.
  • Installing — the ordered applications are installing.
  • Installation failed — an error occurred during the installation of the ordered application.
  • Activating — the Subscription is activating.
  • Activating failed — an error occurred during the activation process.
  • Active — the Subscription has been activated.
  • Deliveredthe Subscription with the Non-recurring Subscription billing type has been activated.
  • Updating — the Subscription resource is updating.
  • Updating failed — an error occurred during the update process.
  • Renewing — the system is renewing the Subscription.
  • Renewing failed — an error occurred during the renewal process.
  • Waiting for manual approve — the operation with the Subscription should be approved by a Manager (see Manual Operations) due to the Stop Subscription and Delete Subscription modes set in the Account class of the Account (see Creating an Account Class).
  • Graced — the Customer has not paid for the Subscription, and after the Grace period (see Viewing and Updating a Service Term) the system stops the Subscription.
  • Stopping — the system is stopping the Subscription.
  • Stopping failed — an error occurred during the stopping process.
  • Stopped — the Subscription has been stopped.
  • Blocked — the Subscription that was ordered within the Postpay charging model has been blocked, because the related Payment is in the Expired status.
  • Deleting — the system is deleting the Subscription.
  • Deletion failed — an error occurred during the deleting process.
  • Deleted — the Subscription has been deleted.
  • Payment model — one of the following models:
    • Postpay — a customer makes payments after factual using the service.
    • Prepay — a customer makes payments before factual using the service.
  • Start Date — the activation date of the Subscription.

Values in the columns Start Date, Expiration Date, and Individual Price appear only after the related Order has been completed.

  • Updated at — the date of the Subscription last update.
  • Expiration Date — the expiration date of the Subscription.
