Deactivating a Plan
Deactivating is used to make a Plan not available for ordering new Subscriptions.
Existing Subscriptions to a deactivated Plan cannot be renewed manually, but Subscriptions with the turned on Auto-renew option will continue to renew automatically regardless of the Plan deactivation.
To stop renewing of all Subscriptions to a deactivated Plan, it is necessary to turn off and block the Auto-renew option for every Subscription (see Auto-Renewing a Subscription).
To deactivate a Plan:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar, go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of Plans is displayed (see Viewing the List of Plans).
- Click the ID or Name link of the required Plan.
- On the Toolbar, click Deactivate. The confirmation window is displayed.
- In the confirmation window, click Confirm. The Plan gets the Inactive status. If the Plan was delegated to a downstream Reseller, the delegated Plan gets the Deactivated by provider status.
