Deactivating a Plan

Deactivating is used to make a Plan not available for ordering new Subscriptions.

Existing Subscriptions to a deactivated Plan cannot be renewed manually, but Subscriptions with the turned on Auto-renew option will continue to renew automatically regardless of the Plan deactivation.

To stop renewing of all Subscriptions to a deactivated Plan, it is necessary to turn off and block the Auto-renew option for every Subscription (see Auto-Renewing a Subscription).

To deactivate a Plan:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of Plans is displayed (see Viewing the List of Plans).
  3. Click the ID or Name link of the required Plan.
  4. On the Toolbar, click Deactivate. The confirmation window is displayed.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Confirm. The Plan gets the Inactive status. If the Plan was delegated to a downstream Reseller, the delegated Plan gets the Deactivated by provider status.
