Managing Switchable Plans

If the Switchable Plans are based on the different Application templates, then the loss of all Account data is probable when switching the Subscription Plan. The previous Application is deleted along with all data, and a new Application is created. That can cause the Subscription stopping, breaking of Subscription connection to the Service Provider, and creation of the new Subscription on the Service Provider side.

Switchable Plans are not available for Plans with the Non-Recurring Subscription billing type.

Adding a Switchable Plan

To add a Switchable Plan:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of Plans is displayed (see Viewing the List of Plans).
  3. Click the ID or Name link of the Plan.
  4. On the Plan page, go to the Switchable Plans tab.


     
  5. Click Add to add a switchable plan for the current Plan.


     
  6. On the Add Plans page, select Plans from the list.
  7. Click the Save button. Selected Plans will be displayed in the List of Switchable Plans.

Viewing a Switchable Plan

To view switchable Plan details, on the Switchable Plans tab, click the ID or Name of the Plan. The Switchable Plan details page is displayed (see Viewing and Updating a Plan).

Deleting a Switchable Plan

To delete a switchable Plan from the list:

  1. On the Switchable Plans tab, select the required Plans from the list.

     
  2. Click Delete.
