Viewing and Updating a Plan
To view information about a Plan:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar, go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of Plans is displayed (see Viewing the List of Plans).
- Click the ID or Name of the Plan. The page with information about the Plan is displayed.
The page with information about the Plan includes the following tabs:
- General — general information about the Plan and billing (see Editing general information about the Plan).
- Subscriptions — the list of Subscriptions to the Plan (see Viewing the list of Subscriptions).
- Plan Periods — the list of Plan Periods of the Plan (see Updating Plan Periods).
- Plan Resources — the list of Plan Resources of the Plan (see Updating Plan Resources).
- Application Templates — the list of Application Templates that are used for the current Plan (see Viewing the List of Application Templates).
- Switchable Plans — the list of Plans available for switching (see Managing Switchable Plans).
- Licenses — the list of Licenses of the Plan or the Plan Resources (see Managing Licenses).
Log — history of operations with the Plan (see Event Log).
To update information about the Plan, go to the corresponding tab and edit the required parameters.
For Plans delegated from the upstream Reseller (Plans with the Delegated = Yes attribute), several Plan parameters are not available for manual updating by the current Reseller. These parameters are updated automatically when the upstream Reseller updates the Plan (see Delegated Plans synchronization).
For Plans published in Vendor Portal, on the Distributor level and all downstream Resellers levels, the names of Plans and Plan Resources are not available for manual updating by the Distributor and current Reseller. The names of Plans and Plan Resources are updated automatically when the Vendor publishes the Plan changes in Vendor Portal (see Synchronization of Products and Plans between Vendor Portal and ActivePlatform).
